Your Day-to-Day as a People Coordinator As the People Coordinator, you''ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day people operations. Your responsibilities will include: Managing people administration across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Producing and analysing HR data to identify trends and support business decision-making. Coordinating key processes such as payroll, right-to-work checks, family leave, engagement initiatives, and talent tracking. Supporting employee relations cases (low to medium complexity) and escalating where necessary. Driving continuous improvement by reviewing processes and supporting wider People Team projects.
