We are working with a growing HR Consultancy, and they are looking for a Senior HR Administrator / HR Coordinator to join the team ASAP. The role is a hybrid position - 2 days from home, 2 days in the office and 1 day visiting clients (so some travel is expected and can be expensed). The role will involve working one day per week at clients'' offices, so it is essential that candidates have access to a car and hold a full driving license. This role would be ideal for an experienced HR Administrator / HR Coordinator who has proven experience supporting across the full employee lifecycle and would like to move into a role that will give them exposure to ER and HR advisory responsibilities. Reporting into the HR Manager and working as part of a team of 5, the role will involve supporting across the full employee lifecycle and delivering an exceptional HR service across a portfolio of clients. You will take ownership of HR administration and coordination, provide first-line HR advice, and confidently manage routine employee relations matters, referring more complex issues to the HR Manager.
