We are working with a leading international manufacturer who are seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong costing and manufacturing experience to play a key role in supporting operations and driving financial performance.Responsible for preparing and analysing manufacturing-related costs, monitoring variances, and supporting month-end close and management reporting. The role will partner closely with operations, IT, and materials teams, ensuring accurate accounting treatments and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Preparation of monthly management accounts to strict deadlinesProducing regular management information, variance analysis, and commentary on operational performanceAnalysing purchase price and material variances, reporting findings to the business and wider finance teamCompleting raw material and WIP reconciliations and ensuring ERP data integrityAssisting with audits and ad hoc projects as requiredQualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA)Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of ERP systems
