Key Responsibilities Full ownership of dealership PandL performance and budget delivery. Lead and develop Departmental Managers across Sales, Finance, Reception, Handover and Display. Drive operational excellence across all areas of the business. Champion customer experience, online reputation and CSI performance. Ensure exceptional site presentation and stock management standards. Manage vehicle stock turn, ageing stock and trade disposals. Maintain FCA compliance and operational governance standards.
