What You''ll Do

Lead the developer experience team in delivering a cutting-edge internal developer platformCreate and maintain a strong control environment, then go the extra distance to ensure that the developer experience remains slick and productiveBreak down silos and foster a culture of cross-team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvementEnsure the implementation of robust security measures for information systemsProvide guidance and mentorship to empower team membersDrive recruitment efforts to attract and identify top talent and build high-performing, multi-skilled teamsSeek input and collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to ensure platform enhancements equate to developer experience enhancements

Your Story

You are one of a rare breed who combine agile product development skills with cloud engineering and service management experience, enabling you to build strong partnerships with the developers your platform empowers.Seasoned professional with extensive experience building platforms to support a world-class developer experience.Experienced in building and guiding multi-skilled teams with a “Platform as Product” mindsetProficient in coaching and mentoring software and platform engineersWell-versed in agile development methodologies, including eXtreme Programming, and working in partnership with product development teams.Extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWSVersatility in various programming languages and Infrastructure as Code toolsExcellent grasp of cloud-native architecture, technologies and practices
