This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a brand-new service, leading it through Ofsted registration and into successful operation. Working closely with the Responsible Individual and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in developing the service, recruiting your team and establishing a positive, therapeutic and child-centred culture. The home will support young people aged 13-17 years with: Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) Trauma and attachment-related needs Challenging behaviours Complex social and emotional needs The Role As Registered Manager, you will: Lead and support the Ofsted registration process, including SC2 requirements and Fit Person preparation. Develop and maintain the home''s Statement of Purpose. Ensure compliance with the Children''s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards. Recruit, induct, supervise and develop a high-performing care team. Establish robust safeguarding and safer recruitment systems.
