Registered Manager - Multi-Site Operations and Service DevelopmentSalary: 37,000 - 45,000 per annumFull-time Permanent Monday-FridayAbout the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager who is ready to broaden their career into wider multi-site operations.The successful candidate will retain responsibility for Registered Manager and CQC duties while gaining broader exposure to multi-site oversight, service improvement, staff leadership, stakeholder management, service development and operational performance.You will work closely with the Directors and senior leadership team across a number of supported living and domiciliary care services supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities and behaviours that challenge.This role would particularly suit an established Registered Manager looking to take their first step towards a future Operations Manager or Head of Operations position.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the quality and day-to-day operation of multiple supported living and domiciliary care services.Maintain strong CQC compliance and lead on inspections, audits and service improvement plans.Support the organisation in improving its CQC rating and maintaining high standards of care.Carry out regular service visits to monitor quality, compliance, staffing and the wellbeing of people supported.Provide leadership, guidance and support to Service/Home Managers and wider staff teams.Oversee ..... full job details .....
