The Role They are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of multiple projects. The role will involve full lifecycle cost management, procurement, and financial control, working closely with project teams both on site and from the Gloucester office. Key Responsibilities Prepare, manage, and report on project budgets and cost plansOversee procurement processes, including subcontractor and supplier packagesAdminister contracts in line with agreed terms and conditionsMonitor costs, valuations, variations, and cash flowPrepare interim valuations and support the agreement of final accountsProvide accurate cost advice to project and senior management teamsEnsure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company proceduresSupport risk management and value engineering where appropriate About You Proven experience working as a ..... full job details .....
