Their Manchester Painting business is flourishing and looking to add another Quantity Surveyor to their small commercial team. They have an established, stable order book of cyclical painting and other varied project-based works - for clients including universities, property managers and in social housing - and set for future growth in the Northwest. The work is varied - and we''d be particularly interested to hear from you if you have experience on site, pricing and dealing with direct labour and subcontractors.They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who can share in this growth ethos. Ideally they are looking for Quantity Surveyor with experience dealing and working with direct labour teams of people , time sheets etc .
