You will take responsibility for the financial and contractual management of projects, ensuring works are delivered efficiently, contractually robustly, and in the most commercially advantageous way for the organisation. In this role, you will manage the commercial performance of allocated schemes, including subcontractor procurement, cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts. You will work closely with operational colleagues, project managers, and contractors to ensure that all contractual processes, notices, and records are properly managed to protect the business.
