The business is open to discussing flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.The RoleReporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the company''s financial operations and providing accurate, timely financial information to support business decision-making. Key responsibilities will include production of monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management and reporting, oversight of purchase and sales ledgers, payroll administration, VAT returns and statutory compliance, supporting year-end accounts and liaising with external accountants, providing commercial and financial insight to support business growth, and reviewing and improving finance processes and controls.The PersonWe are interested in hearing from candidates who can demonstrate previous experience bookkeeping with strong management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
