This role includes being part of an on-call rota, and full training will be provided.The role involves commercial vehicle recovery using specialist equipment, supporting a wide range of clients including dealerships, heavy haulage, and coach operators. We also recover a variety of vehicles including cars, motorbikes, caravans, and motorhomes. Key Responsibilities: Attend recovery jobs for a range of customers both locally and nationally Safely recover vehicles that cannot be repaired at the roadside Manage your workload independently using a PDA system Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure high standards are maintained Record job details accurately in line with company procedures What We''re Looking For: Full UK driving licence with Category C+E and valid DCPC Previous recovery experience preferred but not essential - full training provided ADR and IVR qualifications beneficial but not required Strong communication skills and confident dealing with customers and control Basic mechanical knowledge (training can be provided) Good geographical knowledge Flexible and adaptable to business needs Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure Vetting approval required to support ..... full job details .....
