R13 Recruitment are partnering with a well-established and highly respected housebuilder to recruit a Field Sales Manager to oversee sales performance across multiple live developments in Norfolk and Suffolk. This role will take on the integral responsibility for managing, motivating and developing site-based Sales Executives to achieve regional sales targets and therefore sales and team management experience within new home sales is a must. The business is specifically seeking someone who has already operated at a senior level and can confidently and autonomously manage performance and drive consistent results through others. With multiple sites live and more planned, this role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent performance and presentation across their developments.Friday to Tuesday working hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm with offered £50,000 - £55,000 DOE with company car/car allowance as an additional.
