Office Manager

We re looking for an experienced office manager to support a busy site team on a £50m CAT A fit-out of an industrial warehouse in Bermondsey. This is an initial 6-month role with the potential to extend or go permanent. The role: Manage the day-to-day running of the site office. Support the Project Director with admin and coordination tasks. Order and manage office supplies, including stationery and welfare items. Handle calls, emails, document control, and meeting coordination. Maintain filing systems, assist with onboarding, and support general site admin. About you: Previous experience in office or site admin, ideally within construction. Strong organisational skills and confident using Microsoft Office.
