are working with a private equity group in London who own several iGaming companies across the globe.They are looking for a Commercial and Strategy Director who will play a pivotal role in supporting their iGaming private equity portfolio and growth strategy. Utilise your strong network of iGaming contacts to generate opportunities for the portfolio businesses.Conduct business planning and synergy assessments in support of potential acquisitions.Understand and track the key metrics necessary for each portfolio company to be well positioned for sale or merger.As the face of the iGaming division, our client are looking for a commercially driven, well-connected Commercial and Strategy Director with MandA advisory experience and a deep understanding of the global iGaming market, business models, and growth opportunities.Experience and in-depth expertise in iGaming and tech platforms, with a proven ability to drive operational performance and value creation.Strong commercial acumen with an extensive iGaming contact network.Understanding of required operations and key metrics to take a business through to sale.Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship development and trust-building.Ability to present analysis and insights to key stakeholders.Strong financial modelling skills.Experience in the private equity industry.#
