Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that promote learning through play. Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children. Observe, assess, and monitor children''s development and progress. Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues. Support the day-to-day operation of the nursery and maintain high standards of care. Follow and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
