Your new role This is an exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a successful and growing Employment team based in either Guildford or Richmond. Working alongside experienced employment specialists, you will manage your own varied caseload while also supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-value matters. The role will involve advising both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues, including HR advisory matters, employment contracts and policies, settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance matters, restructures, discrimination claims and Employment Tribunal proceedings. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base ranging from SMEs and owner-managed businesses to larger corporates and senior executives.
