You''ll play a key role in delivering strategic Data and Network transformation projects that support Aviva''s IT and business strategies. Working closely with stakeholders, you''ll shape initiatives, assess impacts, and define business requirements. You''ll lead the planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards. This role sits within our dynamic change delivery team, where collaboration, innovation, and customer outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of complex Data and Network transformation projects. Engage with stakeholders to shape initiatives, assess impacts, and define business requirements. Ensure projects align with internal policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate within the change delivery team to drive transformation and achieve customer-focused outcomes.Skills and experience we’re looking for
Proven experience managing complex projects, ideally in Data or Networks transformationStrong communicator with proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholdersSkilled in risk management, project tracking and change controlEffective coordination of people, tasks and resources to deliver projects on time, within scope and on budgetWhat you’ll get for this role
