The Crab and Lobster is a 5* 2 Rosette destination restaurant with 20 luxury rooms situated in North Yorkshire with easy access to the A1, A19 and Thirsk railway station.We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to work in partnership with our Executive Head Chef, to lead and develop the kitchen team as we move forward with modernising some of food offerings while still keeping our renowned classics.
