An amazing opportunity has arisen to join one of the most well-regarded Main Contractors in the U.K.Typical project size: £5 – £30 million, with works in High End Residential, Educational, Health, and Commercial sectors, with some projects exceeding this range.Key Skills:Experience in leading and developing a teamKnowledge of budgets, costing, project forecasting, and controlUnderstanding of contract documentationExcellent project and programme management skillsAbility to resource projects effectivelyStrong prioritisation and planning skillsCommercial:Ensure contract administration procedures are followed and understand project requirementsContribute to risk and opportunity registers, including mitigation actionsManage site/project budgets, including PandL and constraintsDevelop and control project budgets, including profit, preliminaries, and procurementDesign:Interpret and analyse design information, suggest alternatives, and address inaccuraciesEnsure timely delivery of design informationPeople:Develop and implement project delivery strategiesParticipate actively in developing customer and project solutions during tender stagesSupply Chain Management:Contribute to supply chain selection and performance managementDefine requirements for trade contractor packages regarding time, cost, and qualityCustomers:Manage relationships with customers, project teams, tenants, and community representativesDelivery:Develop and monitor detailed programmes and schedulesImplement quality, health and safety, environmental, and waste management plansSecure resources for project deliverySupport project handover and customer/end-user satisfactionEstablish communication and information management plansEnsure compliance with planning and building regulationsLocation: 3 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6SD
