We re currently looking for a Team Manager to lead our supported housing service at Arne Court, in (Laindon) Basildon. This scheme supports people who have experienced multiple disadvantages, including homelessness, trauma, substance use, mental ill health, and involvement with the criminal justice system. The service operates 24/7 and includes five additional supported housing units nearby. At the heart of our work is a simple belief: everyone deserves the chance to flourish. What you ll do: Lead and support a dedicated team to deliver compassionate, high-quality services. Ensure the day-to-day running of the service is safe, effective, and continuously improving. Build strong, respectful partnerships with local agencies to enhance support for residents. Help customers move forward into longer-term, sustainable housing. What we re looking for: Experience in housing and a strong understanding of statutory and community services.
