We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales candidate with proven experience in the electrical wholesale industry to join our clients growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is confident handling everything from technical enquiries to sales orders. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Accurately process customer orders and quotations
- Offer technical advice and support on a wide range of electrical products
- Manage trade counter sales and telephone orders
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and support the external sales team

Required Experience and Skills

- Previous experience in the electrical wholesale industry is essential
- Strong product knowledge and ability to provide technical advice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in handling customer queries and processing orders
- A proactive team player who can also work independently
