We’re currently working with a leading electrical wholesaler based close to Cannock who are looking to bring an experienced Internal Salesperson on board. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, successful branch that values product knowledge, great customer service, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and trade counter
- Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Providing technical support and accurate product information
- Preparing quotes and processing orders efficiently
- Working closely with the external sales team to maximise business opportunities
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market trends

Requirements:

- Proven experience in internal sales within the electrical wholesale sector is essential
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and organised approach to sales and customer service
- Experience using CRM systems and sales software is a plus
