Serviced Office Centre Manager job vacancy .About the SiteThis vibrant serviced office space is in Southwark, close to London Bridge and is part of an established serviced office group, with several sites across central London. This site offers c15,000+ sq. feet of serviced office space and is home to around 20 businesses.What Youll DoAs Assistant Centre Manager, youll be the heart of the sites day-to-day operations, helping to ensue seamless day-to-day management, and delivering an unforgettable client experience. Your key responsibilities will include:Operational Excellence : Oversee processes, compliance, and standards.Client Relationship Management : Build strong, lasting relationships with clients.Facilities Management : Maintain a dynamic and inspiring workspace.Who Were Looking ForWere seeking an ambitious, and personable business and customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will come from a high-end customer service focused role, probably from a luxury hotel, restaurant, conference centre or similar, perhaps as Assistant manager in Operations, Events, Reception, Sales and Marketing, Corporate Sales, Facilities, or Corporate Sales Executive role. No expereince in Services Offices is required.Youll bring:Leadership Skills : Proven experience managing teams.Attention to Detail : A meticulous eye for maintaining high standards.Client-Focused Approach : Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Operational Expertise : A knack for process improvement.Experience : 5+ years in a client-facing or hospitality role.No serviced office experience?
