3rd Line Support Engineer - Manchester City Centre - £45,000 + bonus The Company: Lorien Global are working in partnership with a games development company who''re adding a new position into their digital services team, the role is for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to help them grow the team based in central Manchester.The Role:You''ll provide expert support for diverse online systems, troubleshooting complex issues escalated from the Service Desk. Diagnose faults, implement fixes, and escalate to specialist teams (Development, Infrastructure) when needed.This role offers exposure to new technologies and career growth.
