Your New Company We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join an established team on a permanent basis. This is a newly created position due to the organisations growth. Please note this role is 5 days a week on site in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for an existing 1st Line/ Service Desk, or IT Support Analyst looking for the next step in their career. Your New Role As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide hands-on 1st and 2nd line support, responding to incidents and service requests in a professional and timely manner. You will diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues, including user account administration, password resets, multi-factor authentication support, software installations and hardware faults. You will also be responsible for configuring and deploying new hardware and software, supporting IT operations and maintenance activities, and helping to maintain a stable and secure technology environment.
