Adecco is partnering with Slough Borough Council to recruit 10x Temporary Accommodation Officers on an initial 6-9 month contract, with strong potential for extension.Roles available:6x TA Management Officers: Support residents in temporary housing, manage tenancies, and encourage move-on.4x TA Placement Officers: Handle bookings, placements, and discharge of housing duties.What we''re looking for:Experience in housing management in a temporary accommodation settingStrong knowledge of housing legislation (Parts 6 and 7, HRA 2017)Familiarity with NEC (Northgate), Jigsaw, and Agresso systemsExcellent admin, IT, organisational and communication skillsAbility to inspect properties and manage voids efficientlyAbility to work at paceDetails:Full-time (37 hrs/week), hybrid working (up to 3 days in the office)Initial increased office presence for onboardingEnhanced DBS required; car driver/owner is not essential as most of the Temporary Accommodation properties are local to Slough but applicants must be agile to enable visits to be undertaken at the accommodation.Ready to hit the ground running?
