Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Temporary Accommodation Team Manager for a local authority client in Kingston.In this role, you will lead the delivery and improvement of temporary accommodation services, managing a front line team to ensure safe, high-quality housing for homeless households across Kingston.Duties:Lead and manage the Temporary Accommodation Team, ensuring high performance and effective service delivery.Oversee the day-to-day operations of temporary accommodation, including property standards, repairs, and rent collection.Build strong relationships with landlords, partners, and service users to support sustainable housing solutions.Monitor team performance, implement service improvements, and ensure compliance with legislation and policies.Qualifications and Experience:The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:Proven experience managing frontline housing or temporary accommodation services.Strong track record of leading teams and driving high performance in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with homeless households, landlords, and partner organisations.Skilled in budget management, performance monitoring, and implementing service improvements.What''s on offer:Salary: 30ph+ may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extensionHours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per weekHow to apply:Once your CV is received, if you are successful, you will ..... full job details .....
