Inspire learning through our play-based N CurriculumSupport smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimesCreate and implement development-focused activity plansCarry out observations, assessments and planning for your key childrenBuild strong, trusted relationships with children and familiesEnsure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all timesEmbed all policies and procedures into your daily practiceBe a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideasWhat our Early Years Educators should have

Experience working with children in an early years environmentLevel 2 or above Early Years qualification (full and relevant)Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to trainUp-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of childrenA team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindsetConfident communicator with a love for customer serviceThe N Advantage
