This is a fully site-based role with responsibility for maintaining high service standards, leading and developing the operational team, and ensuring compliance across the contract. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership to cleaning and support colleagues, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and consistently. Working closely with key stakeholders and wider facilities teams, you will help maintain a professional, well-managed environment while supporting the continued development of the operation.
