Cobalt is working with an established residential developer to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a new-build residential scheme in the Home Counties. This is an opportunity to join an experienced construction team and play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of the development. Working closely with the Site Manager, you''ll help ensure the site is progressing in line with programme while maintaining high standards across quality, health and safety and customer service. The role would suit someone who already has experience within residential construction or housebuilding and is looking to continue developing their site management career. The Role Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you''ll assist with managing the development through to completion, helping to ensure programme, quality and cost targets are achieved. You''ll be involved in the day-to-day coordination of the site, working with subcontractors, trades, direct labour and the wider construction team to keep the build programme moving. As you develop within the role, you''ll also be expected to take on additional responsibility and deputise for the Site Manager when required.
