The company work primarily with stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced CAD Designer from the sheet metal / fabrication sector to join a busy and growing design team. You will be responsible for producing technical general arrangement drawings, as well as 2D and 3D production drawings for bespoke metalwork projects.This is a hands-on technical role where you will support projects from concept design through to fabrication and site installation.Key Responsibilities Produce 2D and 3D CAD designs and technical drawingsCreate detailed production and component drawings for manufacturingDevelop technical general arrangement drawings for client approvalCarry out site surveys to inform accurate design solutionsLiaise with key stakeholders including Tier 1 contractorsSupport manufacturing teams throughout fabrication and assemblyManage multiple projects through the design phaseEnsure compliance with structural and construction requirements Skills and Experience Required Minimum 3 years'' experience within the metal fabrication / engineering sectorStrong ..... full job details .....
