Own full-cycle recruitment for business roles (from sourcing to offer)Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and deliver results fastBuild and nurture talent pipelines for critical positionsCraft outreach strategies that make top candidates want to talk to usPush for continuous improvements in how we hire – smarter, faster, betterRepresent Solidgate as an ambassador of our brand and cultureWhat We Are Looking For?
3-5 years of experience in recruiting (preferably in fast-growth tech companies)A proven track record of hiring top talent in competitive marketsOutstanding sourcing skills – you know how to find and engage candidates everywhereExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesA growth mindset: you don’t just follow processes, you challenge and improve themAdvanced EnglishWhy Solidgate?
