As our

AV and IT Support Analyst , you will be the owner of the Audio Visual Service for the UK offices and on-site VIP support for Board and Executive Leadership team members. The AV and IT Support Analyst role is part of the IT Support and Operations team and is responsible for provisioning of and tracking of all IT Hardware and Software Assets over their lifecycle.Provide technical support for all aspects of the Audio Visual service across all BFS offices.Provide guidance and technical expertise to the business to enable them to get the best benefit from the solution in place.Own and manage the relationship with the AV Service Provider.Produce and share best practice advice on AV services for our internal customers.Take ownership in resolving technical issues escalated from the IT Service Desk in order to ensure all escalations are adequately resolved in a timely fashion.Proactively manage the health of the system to ensure it is working when needed.VIP IT Support

This includes:Provide IT support to the BFS Board and Executive Leadership team, including their PAs on site in Pembroke House, Banbury office. This covers IT support for VIPs in solving problems related to software, hardware and AV.Provisioning support

This includes:Work on tickets (Incidents and Service Requests) in ITSM tool providing an excellent hardware and software provisioning service to all BFS employees.Visit UK and other offices as required to assist with the resolution of IT issues that cannot be resolved remotely. Open, set up, close offices, perform periodic inventory verifications and collect/distribute IT assets to ensure technology is working on site.Manage the provision of new, replacement, and allocation of machines; plan, test and undertake endpoint deployments, refreshes or updates where required.What we are looking for

Experience with provisioning service and AVExcellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectationsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenExcellent organisation and prioritisation skillsAbility to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliersAbility to work independently, and as part of a teamAbility to work effectively under pressureStrong Microsoft Office skills, Excel in particularGood understanding of IT Security principles and controlsSkilled in documenting processes and proceduresA proactive approach to problem solving and a genuine desire to get to the underlying cause of issues and improve serviceRewards and benefits
