HIU Service and Maintenance Engineer Toro Recruitment is seeking an experienced HIU Service and Maintenance Engineer to join the OandM Residential Team for one of our trusted clients operating across Greater London. This role focuses on delivering high-quality servicing and repairs to a variety of Heat Interface Units (HIUs) within residential heat networks. Key Responsibilities of HIU Service and Repair Engineer: Conduct routine servicing and repairs of Heat Interface Units across residential properties. Diagnose faults and carry out necessary part replacements with a variety of HIU brands. Attend reactive callouts and participate in the on-call rota (approx. 1 week in 4). Support site-based project works and contribute to developing scopes for plant remediation. Maintain accurate, up-to-date service records and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years'' experience servicing and repairing HIUs. Familiarity with mechanical schematics and technical drawings (e.g., PandIDs). Basic electrical knowledge and competency in mechanical and electrical safe isolation. Valid UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months). Part P and Part G qualified (or willing to obtain).
