We''re partnering with a warm and inclusive early years setting in Yate, Bristol to find caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistants who are committed to supporting children''s development through play, exploration, and positive relationships.Your Role Will Include:* Supporting children aged 3-5 in line with the EYFS framework* Assisting with planning and delivering engaging,age-appropriate activities* Providing one-to-one and small group support to promotelearning and wellbeing* Encouraging independence, curiosity, and social interaction* Helping with daily routines, classroom setup, and learningresourcesWhat We''re Looking For:* A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to working with young children* Strong communication and teamwork skills* Experience in early years settings (nursery, preschool, or reception class) - desirable* Level 2 or 3 Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification -a plus, but not essential
