Kitchen Assistant - Part Time, Term Time OnlyLocation: Belsize Park, North West LondonSalary: 13.09 per hour ( 13,940.85 per year)Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:30am-2:30pmContract: Part time, term time only - 42.60 paid weeks per year, inclusive of holiday entitlementWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join the catering team at a lovely boys'' school in Hampstead, North West London.Working alongside the Chef Manager, you will help with the smooth day-to-day running of the school kitchen, supporting food preparation, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, and helping serve lunch to the pupils.Key responsibilities:- Assisting with basic food preparation.- Helping serve lunch to the pupils.- Keeping kitchen and dining areas clean and tidy.- Washing up and carrying out general kitchen cleaning duties.- Supporting the Chef Manager and wider catering team as required.- Following food hygiene, health and safety standards.The ideal candidate:- Has a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.- Is reliable, punctual and well organised.- Has good attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.- Has previous kitchen or catering experience, although this is not essential for the right person.What''s on offer?- Part-time hours, Monday to Friday.- Weekends and school holidays off.- A friendly school environment.- 13.09 per hour, equivalent to 13,940.85 per year, based on 42.60 paid weeks ..... full job details .....
