Explain repair estimates and processes clearly and professionally. Carry out pre- and post-repair checks with customers. Handle complaints calmly, escalating to the branch manager if required. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the repair journey. Use IT systems, email, and phone to manage customer interactions effectively. Work as part of a professional and supportive customer service team. About You: Previous customer service experience, ideally within the automotive sector. Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and via phone/email. Professional, patient, and well presented. Confident IT user with good organisational skills.
