This is a client-facing role leading client finance operations, delivering high-quality financial management services, and acting as a trusted advisor-providing insight, strengthening controls, and proactively identifying improvement opportunities. You''ll also support internal team development and help drive exceptional service delivery. Own and develop client relationships end-to-end (onboarding ? delivery), leading meetings, reviews, and proposals Provide proactive financial advice and commercial insight to stakeholders Take commercial ownership of billing, WIP, recoveries, profitability, budgets and resourcing Review/sign off management accounts and reporting, ensuring strong quality and compliance Coach and develop junior team members, helping build a high-performing team culture Drive process and tech improvement, improving workflows and controls Identify and manage risk and see issues through to resolution You will be ACCA or ACA qualified or equivalent and ideally have had experience working in practice and working with and managing a portfolio of SME clients and be able to demonstrate strong delivery.
