As a Deputy Manager, you will support young people in the many different aspects of daily life within our homes including: Work alongside the the Home Manager in all aspects of running the home, including compliance, safeguarding, and quality assurance, ensuring that the home aligns with our values and standards and financial planning. Lead and inspire a team, providing supervision, appraisal, professional development and training. Manage the home effectively in the absence of the Registered Manager. Ensure a safe, homely environment and maintain high standards of care. Manage health and safety protocols, risk assessments and ensure compliance of training for the team. Liaise with professionals and contribute to care planning.
