DEPUTY MANAGER - CHILDREN''S RESIDENTIAL

-16.50 per hour plus -45 sleep rate
Annual Salary: Approx. -33,000 - -40,000 per annum
160 hours per month

We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to support the running of a 4 bed EBD children''s home supporting young people aged 8-17.

Requirements

• Level 3 Children & Young People qualification
• Experience within Children''s Residential Care
• Strong safeguarding and leadership skills
• EBD experience preferred

Duties include supporting the Registered Manager, leading shifts, safeguarding young people, staff supervision, care planning, and maintaining Ofsted standards.
