Your Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver play-based, engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
- Foster the development of early literacy, numeracy, and communication skills through imaginative, hands-on learning
- Create a safe, stimulating classroom that supports each childandrsquo;s emotional and developmental needs
- Use ongoing observation and assessment to tailor learning opportunities and track progress
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents, and other staff to support holistic development
- Take part in school-wide events, celebrations, and enrichment programmes that bring learning to life
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Experience working within an EYFS or nursery setting (school-based experience is desirable)
- A deep understanding of early childhood development and inclusive teaching practices
- A positive, warm, and child-centred approach to education
- Confidence in using phonics schemes such as Read Write Inc. or similar programmes
- A flexible team player with strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
- Enthusiasm for professional development and contributing to a supportive school culture
