Your Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver play-based, engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
• Foster the development of early literacy, numeracy, and communication skills through imaginative, hands-on learning
• Create a safe, stimulating classroom that supports each childandrsquo;s emotional and developmental needs
• Use ongoing observation and assessment to tailor learning opportunities and track progress
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents, and other staff to support holistic development
• Take part in school-wide events, celebrations, and enrichment programmes that bring learning to life

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experience working within an EYFS or nursery setting (school-based experience is desirable)
• A deep understanding of early childhood development and inclusive teaching practices
• A positive, warm, and child-centred approach to education
• Confidence in using phonics schemes such as Read Write Inc. or similar programmes
• A flexible team player with strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
• Enthusiasm for professional development and contributing to a supportive school culture
