My well established Client is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line) to join their IT support team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Microsoft environment, including proficiency in MS Office 365, IP networking, and Windows operating systems. This role is perfect for a dedicated IT professional with a computer or IT support qualification, who is eager to provide high-quality technical support and resolve a variety of IT issues. Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS Office 365, IP networking, and Windows operating systems. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software applications. Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts and permissions. Monitor and manage IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
