This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company operating across the Facilities Management and Property Technology sectors as their new Group Finance Director. You’ll lead a high-performing finance function and shape financial strategy to drive performance in a growth-focused organisation.This is a hands-on and strategic leadership role. You’ll have a genuine impact on the company’s direction and success, leading and developing the finance team while continuously improving processes, systems and performance across the function.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the finance function, ensuring timely reporting and robust financial controlDeliver accurate management accounts, statutory reporting, forecasting and KPI dashboardsDrive budgeting, long-term planning, and financial strategyOversee cash flow, working capital and liquiditySupport and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of high performanceContribute to wider commercial and operational strategyChampion process improvement and the implementation of scalable financial systemsEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and support internal audit processesWhat Our Client is Looking For
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifiedProven experience in a senior finance role (FD, FC, Head of Finance or similar)Strong background in managing finance within a £30m+ turnover businessSector experience in facilities management, property, or technology (desirable)Skilled in financial systems, ideally including Xero and ExcelCommercially aware, data-driven, and strategicPersonal Qualities
A proactive, solutions-focused leaderComfortable working at board level while remaining hands-onStrong sense of ownership, urgency and accountabilityExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPassionate about building a high-performance cultureIntegrity, professionalism and opennessHow to Apply
