This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced engineer who is ready to take the next step in their career, providing day-to-day leadership to a small engineering team while remaining hands-on technically. You''ll be responsible for coordinating a team of three engineers, organising maintenance activities and shift cover, supporting PPM, and helping ensure all mechanical, electrical, plant and building systems remain safe, compliant and operational. The Role Lead and support a team of three engineers on a day-to-day basis. Delegate engineering tasks and organise shift/rota arrangements. Remain hands-on with mechanical and electrical maintenance and fault finding. Manage and maintain the site''s planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme. Ensure mechanical, electrical, plant, equipment and building issues are dealt with promptly. Carry out and oversee safety checks and statutory testing.
