Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum

Our client is looking for a friendly, confident and organised individual to help families access outstanding care at home while building strong relationships within the local community.
The Role
- Meet customers and families to discuss their care needs.
- Guide new customers through consultations and onboarding.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, charities and local organisations.
- Develop referral networks and raise awareness of the service.
This role is split approximately 50% customer experience and 50% community networking and new client generation.
