The Role

You''ll be involved in a variety of professional and project-led services across multiple sectors, such as:

• Healthcare

• Commercial - Hotels, Office & Workplace, Retail & Leisure

• Infrastructure

• Living - Later Living, Residential, Student Living

• Education - Schools, Colleges, Universities

• Technology & Innovation

From conducting condition and defect surveys to managing refurbishment projects up to -2m under JCT and NEC contracts, you''ll get a mix of responsibilities. The role offers plenty of autonomy, but you''ll also be part of a collaborative, friendly team that values supporting each other.

What We''re Looking For

• Ideally 2-3 years'' post-degree experience

• Chartered (MRICS) or working towards Chartership

• Strong project and client-facing experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office

• Ambitious and willing to learn

What''s on Offer

• Salary from -40,000 to -55,000 (depending on experience and Chartership)

• Hybrid working with core hours (10am-3pm)
