We''re working with a well-established, medium-sized building consultancy in Cardiff that''s expanding its team. They''re now looking for a Building Surveyor with 1-3 years'' post-degree experience to join their growing office.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take on more responsibility, work closely with clients, and gain exposure across both professional and project-led work.

The Role:

• Condition surveys and reporting

• Planned maintenance programmes

• Contract administration

• Refurbishment and project work

• Supporting senior surveyors on more complex instructions

What They''re Looking For:

• Around 1-3 years'' post-degree experience in Building Surveying

• Strong communication skills and confident working with clients

• A well-rounded surveyor open to both professional and project work

• Ambitious and keen to work towards MRICS (if not already on the path)
