A highly organised Operations Manager is required on a permanent basis to lead and coordinate operational services across two thriving and welcoming-primary school sites.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager-to work within a multi school site role offering variety and enabling close collaboration between both primary schools.

The position requires-strong leadership, HR and administrative management skills, the ability to drive-efficiency and ensure-compliance protocols are met as well as-building positive relationships with staff and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the schools.

Experience of operations management within-an educational setting, is advantageous but not essential to the role.

This role is full time working 37 hours a week 52 weeks of the year - flexible working options during school holidays.- A typical day is working 8am to 4pm, though SLT meetings will need to attended after school when taking place.

A full driving licence and access to a car is essential for driving between sites.
