Bank holidays plus Christmas shutdown. Annual leave entitlement confirmed on offer. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the full operational journey from order receipt through installation, aftercare and warranty management. • Manage nationwide installation and survey delivery. Lead Installation Managers, Surveyors and wider operational teams. • Own customer complaints and drive resolutions. • Manage performance, KPIs, engagement and team development. Produce operational reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Oversee Health and Safety compliance, including periodic site visits. • Drive operational efficiency across office and field-based teams. Ideal Candidate • Proven Operations Management experience. Strong people management and leadership skills. • Experience managing multi-functional teams. • B2C/customer-focused operational background preferred over B2B.
